The song of the Yangtze River

We praise the Yangtze River,

我们赞美长江,

You are the source of infinity;

你是无穷的源泉;

We are attached to the Yangtze River,

我们依恋长江,

You have the feelings of a mother.

你有母亲的情怀。

You came from ancient times,

你从远古走来，

The waves washed away the dust;

巨浪荡涤着尘埃;

You run for the future,

你向未来奔去，

The waves echoed out of the sky.

涛声回荡在天外。
